Job Title: Social Media Specialist (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Content Management: Oversee the monthly content calendar, ensuring all posts are scheduled and aligned with brand objectives.

  • Copywriting: Write catchy, platform-specific captions (in both English and Arabic) that drive action.

  • Community Management: Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and manage professional responses to comments and messages.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly/monthly insights and KPIs to report on growth and optimize future campaigns.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.


Requirements:


  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management (Agency experience is a plus).

  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to grow social media accounts and build active communities.

  • Excellent Writer: Strong command of storytelling with a flair for creative copywriting.

  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.) to drive decisions.

  • Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) simultaneously under tight deadlines.



Bonus Points:


  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic knowledge of design principles.
