•Respond to audience inquiries professionally and on time.
•Maintain brand voice and ensure a positive online community.
•Remove spam, offensive, or inappropriate content.
•Escalate sensitive issues to the relevant teams when needed.
•Track audience feedback, trends, and community sentiment.
•Collaborate with content, marketing, and customer support teams.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in moderation, community management, or customer support.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced online interactions.
• Experience with moderation or social media tools.
